Trained in International Business Management and Human Resources Development, Klaus cares about developing the business and people. How they work, relate, and become better at what they're good at. His passion for people goes so far that he cares for what they eat, too. Known to be curious about colleagues' lunchboxes, he also keeps an eye on the candy basket (Known fact: happy people work better than unhappy people. And whilst a good part of happiness are success and hope, candy supplies do help...). Regular hockey practice helps him keep (his) added pounds at bay.

A night person and owl, Eva loves her flexible working hours so that she can start late (and get a nice massage before work) ;-) She has a passion for fresh, healthy and tasty dishes which she brings in a sustainable, zero-waste-style manner (saying: beeswax cloth lids, all wrapped neatly in a linen bag), drawing the hungry eyes of her colleagues. Oh... btw... Eva has all it takes (BA International Management, tech- and soft-skills, Aussie-infused English, you name it) for sustainable success.

As a master of campaigns, quotes, trackers and excel magic Eva brings order to chaos. Her human touch made her known to be "an extremely good and encouraging listener, which makes her invaluable not only for the clients, but also for her team-members.

Adolfo Dick-Pérez

Born and raised Bolivia, currently living in Germany (...for a while), Adolfo also studied Politics but hasn’t been able to give up his passion for IT. He considers himself a multifaceted person: Everything that has something to do with music, traveling, photography, design, new tech, gaming, pop culture, languages, DIY mechanics and, of course, cars, make him happy. But make no mistake, taking care of customer’s needs is paramount. Almost 9 years of e-learning/PM experience and a more than a dozen happy customers speak for him.

Als Nachtmensch/Eule liebt Eva ihre flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, so dass sie häufig mal später in den Arbeitstag startet. Mit ihrer aktuellen Leidenschaft für frische, gesunde und leckere Gerichte bringt sie diese dann nachhaltig und im Zero-Waste Style verpackt (à la Leinenbeutelchen und Bienenwachstuch) mit ins Büro, wo sie dann neidisch und hungrig von ihren Kollegen beäugt wird. Julia Klose

Originally from Hamburg, Julia was trained in Translation Studies (English, French) and Marketing and has spent extensive time abroad. Her closeness to nature shows in her loving care for birds, toads, cats, and saving the occasional bug in the office or toad threatened by road-kill. She loves the outdoors and will take her Surface device (be sure: it's SAFELY packed) through wind and rain, treading her (Job-) bike. Loves traveling abroad and spending time in her garden, improving life for man and beast.

Skills

Open to food & culture worldwide but her favorite is France (language, food, landscape and people) and really happy to be working in an international team. Julia is good company on a business trip, will always go the extra mile for customers and colleagues and is a strong communicator.

Valeria El Ouahni

Music is just one of the languages Valeria understands. Be it French, Russian, German, English or Spanish, she'll will hit the tune. Her love for languages took her through her studies of Romance Languages & Literature. All this in preparation for becoming an invaluable member of our team, spreading cheerfulness in the office, excelling in teamplay and keeping an unfaltering focus on the customer. Now a young mother, Valeria is becoming a pro at juggling the additional responsibilities with remarkable professional attitude.

A true generalist with an eye for the big picture, always willing to go the extra mile to get the campaign out on time to the right audience. With her quick grasp of what's important she's a go-to person when it comes to ad-hoc support across the team.

Taking on responsibility and ownership is one of our team's core values. We are diverse, have different talents, are really good at different things, and all (well, except for maybe Klaus) have our idiosyncrasies. One of the things that really ties us together is our sense for ownership: Thinking things through, understanding, and then taking on the responsibility to deliver the optimal solution for our customer.

Kerstin is enthusiastic about sports and loves to travel. Her open and active nature shows her versatile interests for countries, people and the world as a whole. In the hustle of New York, as well as in the absolute silence of the Rocky Mountains she found a second home. She's always on the outlook for new challenges which put her creativity and organizational talent to the test.

Not only does she plan her travels in a very precise and structured way, the implementation of her work is also characterized by efficiency and diligence. Friends and customers know: She goes above and beyond the call of duty while having an eye for the detail.

Ledia-Eleni Molishti

"Natürlich! That's not a beach! Where's the magic?"

Born in Albania, raised in Greece, and now living in Germany, Ledia studied Marketing and found a way to combine it with her interest on the digital world. She thinks she has an exotic appearance (see JLo) and she dreams of living nearby the sea... one day. She thrives in multi-cultural environments and loves mixing languages (currently: Germish = German & English). She likes being surrounded by happy people and (successfully!) tries to contribute to this. One "but": DON'T talk to her if she hasn't had her coffee yet!

A wannabe web developer and graphic designer... Ledia will help you to get things done on time, adding her magic. Digital marketing, social media management, HTML, Graphic design, Digital content optimization, and... nail design techniques are just some of her qualifications.

Hanna Belousova

Before joining us, Hanna (originally from Kyiv, Ukraine) trotted the globe, living and traveling as far east as Tajikistan and as far west as Costa Rica. On her journeys, Hanna discovered her life-long passion: volunteering as a means of empowering people and caring for animals' welfare.

Hanna believes in a life-long learning and is enthusiastic to be supporting our Digital Learning department as an explicit expression of limitless educational opportunity out there. She is a logistics guru, great in connecting (the dots and people), be it a complex solution or a complicated transfer.
